Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Casa Mare e Sole Salento! By using our website and booking our apartments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through the Casa Mare e Sole Salento website. 1.2 Casa Mare e Sole Salento operates rental apartments in Salento, Puglia. The properties are fully managed by us and are available for short-term rental purposes only. 1.3 By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before your arrival date. 2.2 Payment can be made via bank transfer or directly at the property 2.3 All prices are listed in EURO currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 2.4 A booking confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received. Please check the details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email to casamareesolesalento@gmail.com 3.2 The following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date: no refund. 3.3 In the event of a no-show, the full rental amount will be charged. 3.4 Casa Mare e Sole Salento reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-in time is from 15:00 on the arrival date. Check-out time is by 11:00 on the departure date. 4.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. 4.3 Guests are required to present a valid ID or passport upon arrival for registration purposes.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1 Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and surroundings with care and respect. 5.2 Any damage caused to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be held liable for repair or replacement costs. 5.3 The maximum occupancy for each apartment must not be exceeded without prior approval. 5.4 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. 5.5 No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon during the booking process.

6. Use of Property

6.1 The rental property is for vacation purposes only and may not be used for parties, events, or any illegal activities. 6.2 Quiet hours must be observed between 23:00 – 6:00 out of respect for neighbors and the local community.

7. Liability

7.1 Casa Mare e Sole Salento is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the guest’s stay. 7.2 Casa Mare e Sole Salento is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and secure their valuables. 7.3 While we strive to ensure all amenities are functional, Casa Mare e Sole Salento cannot be held liable for temporary outages of utilities or services beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Casa Mare e Sole Salento shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. 10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bari, Italy.
